Please be certain to include a signed authorization from our customer that allows us to disclose the requested information to you. To protect the privacy of our customers we cannot process your request without the appropriate authorization.

Our hours of operation for these requests are 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. We are usually able to process these requests within one business day, and we’re frequently able to process the request within just an hour or two of receipt (assuming we have received a proper borrower’s authorization).
